A Care Coordinator provides direct assistance and support to the Home Coordinator, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted go-to person
The admin assists with collecting, recording, classifying, and documenting inventory, financial, and expense transactions — a role that bridges inventory management and bookkeeping
A Property Coordinator assists with matters related to the property and building, functioning much like a property manager by ensuring everything runs smoothly and is well maintained.

LULI.AI is currently a division of Pampa Technologies LLC, a company headquartered in Santa Clara, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area. Pampa has 17 years of experience in software development, operating at the epicenter of technology and innovation.
LULI.AI was born from the vision of Pampa’s software team, inspired by the need to create something with meaningful purpose for humanity combined with the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence —a project that allows us to use our knowledge to help others.
Although LULI.AI is currently part of Pampa Technologies, in the near future, LULI.AI will become an independent company.
