It is important to clarify that our current focus is specifically on caregiving management—such as managing caregivers, schedules, and associated tasks—rather than the broader concept of care management, which typically includes more specialized services like remote medical assistance. Our vision is a world where every elder can enjoy a fulfilling life without the default option of isolation in nursing homes. Our mission is to become an integral part of families worldwide, providing reliable and compassionate support.
We aim to reduce complexity, enhance caregiving benefits, and minimize costs. Our strategy involves leveraging specialized existing platforms combined with our proprietary AI agents operating primarily within a centralized CRM framework. Currently, we utilize platforms such as Salesforce CRM, Quicken, Melio, and Mercado Pago to quickly establish a functional and efficient system. However, we recognize that these initial choices might evolve due to considerations regarding long-term dependencies and associated costs.
By integrating these powerful tools, we ensure caregiving management is streamlined, transparent, and cost-effective, supporting elders to maintain their independence and quality of life. Additionally, using these established platforms allows us to effectively safeguard family data and information, ensuring it remains secure.
Specifically, we use Salesforce CRM to manage information on families and caregivers, where our AI agents primarily run to efficiently coordinate caregiving tasks, track progress, manage accounting processes, and handle payments seamlessly. Additionally, we develop simple software modules that serve as interfaces to the platforms, making them easier and more transparent for users. For example, caregivers use "LULI Work" software to log their time, simplifying the interaction with Jira timecards and work logs. We accurately monitor caregiving expenses through Quicken, and users utilize "LULI Money" to review their expenses and "LULI Pay" to facilitate timely payments via Melio in the USA and Mercado Pago in Argentina.
